Catch and Kill: The Ultimate Unputdownable

A book that everyone must read!

Ես գրքեր review չեմ անում, որտեւ չեմ կարդում։ I like visual sensations. Բայց մեկ մեկ տենց բան լինումա։ Գիրք կարդալը իմ համար նմանա arranged marriage-ի երբ առանց իմանալու երկար commitment-ի մեջ ես մտնում իսկ ես խառակծեռով surprise-ներ չեմ սիրում, spoiler-ներից չեմ նեղվում։ Իմ համար ավելի (միգուցե էգոիստորեն) կարեւորա որ ամեն ինչ իմ ուզածով ու իմ սրտով լինի քան “հետաքրքիր”։ Դրա համար էլ բարդա գիրք կարդալը։ Գրքերի ռեյթինգներն էլ որ goodreads-ում նայեք, հիմնականում կամ 5/5 ա կամ bored-unfinished դարակում։ Լյուբոյ պահի երբ սկսումա չդզել փակում եմ total disregard ունենալով էն բանին թե արդեն ինչքան ժամանակ եմ կորցրել կարդալով։

Catch & Kill — ը հրատարակվելա 2019-ի հոկտեմբերին։ Երեք ամիս առաջ։ Միանգամից ուզեցի կարդամ։ Ռեյթինգները շատ բարձր էին։ Իմ համար հետաքրքիր թեմա + investigative journalism genre որը ես պաշտում եմ։ Հա, ով չջոկեց սա non-fiction book ա։

RAPE (Total 14):

1. Lysette Anthony told British police in October 2017 that Weinstein raped her in the late 1980s at her home in London.[100]
2. Asia Argento told The New Yorker that in 1997, Weinstein invited her into a hotel room, “pulled her skirt up, forced her legs apart, and performed oral sex on her as she repeatedly told him to stop.”[22]
3. Paz de la Huerta said Weinstein had raped her on two separate occasions in November and December 2010.[46]
4. Lucia Evans said, after a business meeting in 2004, Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him.[22]
5. Hope Exiner d’Amore, a former employee of Weinstein, said he raped her during a business trip to New York in the late 1970s.[37]
6. According to Mimi Haleyi, a production crew member, Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her in his New York City apartment in 2006 when she was in her twenties.[101]
7. Dominique Huett said Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her and then carried out another sexual act in front of her.[102]
8. Natassia Malthe said in 2008, Weinstein barged into her London hotel room at night and raped her.[72][103]
9. Rose McGowan wrote on Twitter that she told the Amazon Studios head Roy Price Weinstein had raped her, but Price ignored this and continued collaborating with Weinstein.[104] Price later resigned from his post following sexual harassment allegations against him.[105]
10. Annabella Sciorra said, in the early 1990s, Weinstein forced himself into her apartment, shoved her onto her bed and raped her.[61][106]
11. Melissa Thompson, a tech entrepreneur, told Sky News Weinstein raped her in his hotel room following a business meeting in 2011.[107][108][109]
12. An unnamed woman told The New Yorker that Weinstein invited her into a hotel room on a pretext, and “forced himself on [her] sexually” despite her protests.[22]
13. An unnamed actress told the Los Angeles Times that in 2013, Weinstein “bullied his way” into her hotel room, grabbed her by the hair, dragged her into the bathroom and raped her.[110]
14. An unnamed actress sued Weinstein for sexual battery and assault, alleging that in 2016 he forced her into sex.[111]
