Woah!

Sex is good and all but have you ever tried to watch a movie, believed it’d be ok and like 3 minutes in realized that it’s one of the best coming-of-age tales ever? Yeah.. that’s a phenomenal feeling, that I get to experience rarely.

- I should just be able to drive 5 mins or so, go inside a clinic, hand them some $500 get the procedure and be going my way. I shouldn’t be here. I shouldn’t have to drive through 3–4 states, 150kms, spend $2K+, got busted by the police, lose the car, get practically abducted by “pro-life” family who wants to force their ideas on me, excape with blood and bruises, and get stranded here on this desert and the fuckin train wouldn’t stop! Agh! And all this because the law doesn’t let me get an abortion in my town without parental consent. They don’t require parental consent to actually birth a human child, but for this they do 😑

This sums up the movie pretty much. But it has so much more. It exposes fake friends, parents that don’t get you, a pretent-to-be good-guy boyfriend who’s a literal stalker and horrible human being.

honestly, there’s nothing I hate more than bad people who try to seem good

Unpregnant explores friendship. The hard moments of keeping with each other when you’ve grown so much apart physically, emotionally, socially.

This definitely goes to my 2020 Top list. 😍
